These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://www.ascend925.com.au/ ("the Site") and the purchase of products from the site.

3. Products and Pricing

Product Description: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, slight variations in material composition, final size, and design may occur due to the hand finished nature of our rings and minor casting defects, although we do test our quality and precision vigorously. All jewellery is cast from sterling silver of .925 grade or above (92.5% silver).

Pricing: All prices listed on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are the final price. There is no GST applied afterwards as we are currently not registered for GST.

The owner/operator reserves the right to update pricing at their discretion without prior public notice.

Availability: Our products are made in small batches and as such a sudden surge in order volume can occasionally cause increased manufacturing times. We will inform you if this is the case and keep you updated as your order progresses.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Ascend 925 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and provide a refund in full.

Payment Methods: This website is built on Squarespace and as such accepts all major credit/debit cards with its integrated secure SSL encryption. PayPal and AfterPay are now also integrated and available at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via AusPost and will be dispatched the on the business day that your order is completed, unless it is outside of business hours or on a weekend or public holiday. All products are shipped from Ocean Grove, Victoria. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Free tracked express shipping Australia wide is complimentary with purchases over $250 with code PURESPEED. If multiple rings are purchased, they will be crafted and shipped together.

Shipping Charges: We offer free tracked express shipping for every purchase over $250 with code PURESPEED for orders within Australia. If this threshold isn’t met, a flat fee will apply at checkout. International shipping is charged at a different rate. We are not responsible or liable for any import duties, these must be paid by you to your local service.

6. Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be beyond satisfied with your purchase.

Please read the following refund and return policy we have in place to guarantee your satisfaction:

Exchanges - First Class Fit Guarantee: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size. The buyer is responsible for any return postage fees, then we will pay for shipping it to you again. Return shipping to us must be tracked, but it doesn’t need to be an express service. We are not liable for any return items lost in transit - this is why we strongly recommend using a tracked service.

*Please note that due to the high cost of this process, we only offer this service once per customer, on their first order with us. Any additional future resizes will incur a fee.

Change of Mind Guarantee: We accept returns for all items, in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Guaranteed, no hassle. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason then we’re not either. The buyer is responsible for all tracked return shipping costs. We’re pretty confident you’ll love it though.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item that was caused by the shipping process, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and/or product’s condition. We guarantee a replacement will be sent your way as soon as possible and cover all express shipping costs in such cases.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made ‘one-of-one’ rings or special custom orders are non-refundable due to the expensive design, prototyping and testing processes.

Right to Refund: We reserve the right to refund any order before fulfilling it for any reason at our sole discretion without having to disclose the reason. We also reserve the right to not issue a refund if we believe their is fraudulence, deception or any ill intent.

Once we confirm your request, we will keep you updated on your refund/replacement and provide you with instructions for return shipping if required.

7. Safety

Ascend 925 will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. Caution must be exercised when operating heavy machinery or in environments where rings can be crushed around the wearer’s fingers. Please remove all rings before doing any type of work where fingers could be crushed or sucked into pinch points.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to branding, images, videos, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Ascend 925 and is protected by Australian Copyright Law. You may not use any of our content without direct written permission. Any reverse engineering of copyright designs will be investigated and prosecuted where necessary.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your information. This document can be accessed from the bottom of every web page on this site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Australian Legal System. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
