We want you to be beyond satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the following refund and return policy we have in place to guarantee your satisfaction:
Exchanges - First Class Fit Guarantee: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size. The buyer is responsible for any return postage fees, then we’ll cover shipping it to you again. Return shipping to us must be tracked, but it doesn’t need to be an express service. We are not liable for any return items lost in transit - this is why we strongly recommend using a tracked service.
*Please note that due to the high cost of this process, we only offer this service once per customer, on their first order with us.
*Any additional resizes after your first order will cost $30 per ring.
Change of Mind Guarantee: We accept returns for all items, in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Guaranteed, no hassle. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason then we’re not either. The buyer is responsible for all tracked return shipping costs. Refunds will be paid back into the account you paid with initially after we have received your order back. We’re pretty confident you’ll love it though.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item that was caused by the shipping process, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and/or product’s condition. We guarantee a replacement will be sent your way as soon as possible and cover all express shipping costs in such cases.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made ‘one-of-one’ rings or special custom orders are non-refundable due to the expensive design, prototyping and testing processes.
Right to Refund: We reserve the right to refund any order before fulfilling it for any reason at our sole discretion without having to disclose the reason.
We also reserve the right to not issue a refund if we believe their is fraudulence, deception or any ill intent.

Once we confirm your request, we will keep you updated on your refund/replacement and provide you with instructions for return shipping if required.
