You cover tracked shipping back to us, then we’ll send out your fresh piece(s) through express post the day it arrives back. Simple.

If you ever need a second exchange, there’s a $30 remake fee per ring. Every piece is made to order, so share your confirmed size as soon as you can and we’ll get straight to crafting your new ring.
